No. Currently, we operate in two service slots only:

Morning Slot: 6 AM to 6 PM

Evening Slot: 6 PM to 12 PM

Bookings outside these time windows are subject to availability.

2. What areas do you cover?

We provide airport pickup and drop services within BHILAI and nearby locations.

3. What is the vehicle capacity?

We operate Tata Nexon EV vehicles.

Passenger capacity: Up to 4 passengers (excluding driver)

Luggage capacity: 2–3 medium suitcases and 1–2 small bags

For extra luggage or more passengers, please inform us in advance to check feasibility.

4. Are tolls and parking included?

Yes. Tolls and parking charges are included in the confirmed fare.

There are no hidden or extra charges.

5. How early should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance to ensure availability and smooth coordination.

6. What if my flight is delayed?

Please inform us as soon as possible in case of any delay so we can adjust the pickup accordingly.

7. Can I change the pickup time?

Yes. Pickup time changes are accepted, but must be confirmed over a phone call at 7987105490.

All changes are subject to driver availability.

8. Is night charge applicable?

No. There are no night charges or hidden charges.

The fare confirmed at the time of booking is final.

9. How will I identify the driver?

Driver details including name and vehicle number will be shared with you before pickup.

10. What if the driver does not arrive?

Please contact us immediately. We will arrange an alternate driver at the earliest.

11. Can I book a return cab?

Yes. Return airport cab bookings are available. Please mention your requirement while booking.
